No Shade! Legends of Orun ("No Shade!", "we") is an animated series created by Shaun Harrison and operated by Supernerd FX LLC, New York, NY. This policy explains what we collect on noshade.tv and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email list: your email address, and optionally your first name and the House you choose.
• Text alerts: your mobile number, the House you chose (if any), and a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser.
• Your browser: the site stores small preferences on your device (your chosen House, whether you closed the signup pop-up, whether you've joined). These never leave your device.

How we use it

Your phone number is used solely by No Shade! to deliver the SMS messages you opted in to receive. Your email is used only to send you news about No Shade!: the series, Episode 1, new art from the world, events and the Kickstarter campaign. You can unsubscribe from email with the link in any email, and stop texts any time by replying STOP.

Who helps us

We use Kit (email), Twilio (text messages) and Cloudflare (website hosting and storage) to run these services. They process your information on our behalf and only to provide those services.

Text messaging privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver No Shade! text alerts you asked for. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third parties.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information, run third-party advertising trackers on this site, or knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, except consent records we're required to keep.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
